There are two ways to participate: ONLINE (in absentia) and IN PERSON (full-time).
Internal competitors and competitors in absentia have the same rights at participating in the competition.
All applications (online and in person) are exhibited in the Central Exhibition Hall and are open to a wide audience of visitors. "ONLINE" works are exhibited in the form of photocopies (organizing committee prints sent files and places them in the overall exposure). In correspondence and full-time works are evaluated by the jury and have equal rights.

a) Application form (download Word, PDF)
b) Labels (download Word, PDF);
c) Photo of the author (with a minimum of 3x4 cm.)
d) Images of the works (at least 200 dpi, no more than 20 MB);
e) a copy of the payment of the entry (see "Participation Fee")

 

How to provide the entry materials?

Author (or a group of co-authors) can participate with any amount of work. In addition, each work will be assessed as an independent work.

 

Comments to the participation forms:
a) In person participation: participant presents works in form of original photographs of art objects (or copies) prepared to be exhibited.
b) In absentia participation: the contestant provides photographs in electronic form only. Organizing committee prints, designs and places in the overall exposure, open wide audience of visitors.
c) Participation as a lecturer: anyone specialist has the ability to conduct master classes, lectures, meetings, presentation of his work. To do this, you must submit a request to the Organizing Committee to participate as a lecturer. After review and approval of the application by the Organizing Committee to the lecturer is available from 1 to 3 lecture hours.
g) Participation as a listener of master classes: members of the Russian Art Week participating in the program of master classes for free. The visitors have the opportunity to visit the only individual master classes and lectures, pre-registering on our website, under "Accreditation students master classes."

 

 

ENTRANTS CATEGORIES
1) "Student" category: university, high school, college students and graduates (no longer than 2 years ago)
2) "Professional" category: practitioners in arts, professors, organizations, graduates (more than 2 years ago)
3) "Amateur" category: The Amateur Category is open to all members of the public, but not Professional Artists. An amateur engages in arts, sculpture, crafts and graphic as a hobby or study of the profession and does not earn a viable income nor has a business set up in order to earn a majority of their income from arts.

These categories are placed in different expositions and estimated separately.
